Hey, I’m Adrianna!

I’m a personal trainer that thrives on connecting people to each other and also helping them connect to their bodies. My passion for connection and movement came from my first love: dance. After graduating from Barnard College, I performed professionally as a dancer in New York City, as well as founded my own company, TREES (The Rhythm Encompassing Every Sound), which is a collective of musicians and dancers that performs in innovative spaces throughout the city.

In 2019, I started working towards gaining knowledge of the body through SomaTraining and ELDOA™ Certifications established by Guy Voyer, DO. With my extensive background as a dancer and mover, I fell in love with the methods of Voyer and Myo-fascial Stretching techniques. Voyer’s methodology is based on creating space in the muscles and spine. Positive effects from this method include improvement in joint mechanics, increased blood flow, reduced pressure on the discs, a reduction of pain, spinal disc rehydration, better muscle tone, improved posture, and a better sense of well-being and body awareness.

I love to use my knowledge of movement through dance and also from Voyer’s methods to fulfill and accomplish the needs and goals of every client. Although I specialize in Myo-fascial Stretch training, I also hold the following additional certifications:

In addition to in person sessions, I have turned to virtual training via Zoom to provide clients with the benefits of Myo-fascial Stretching from afar along with developing MFS Courses for clients to experience MFS at home.
