The first course is a Free, 5-day, MFS Challenge at absolutely no cost to you with no long term commitment. Nothing to lose and all but more space, more awareness, and more comfort in your body to gain. This introductory course is designed for any human to try out MFS. More longer and more specific courses are in the works for you too!

In this particularly tense and uncertain time, stretching is incredibly useful in helping you to not only feel more free and open in your body but to also potentially improve your cardiovascular health. A study in Italy, as highlighted recently by The New York Times, stated that stretching can have positive effects on cardiovascular health. Those in the study that participated in a stretching program saw the following results.

“Vascular function improved throughout the body, even in arteries in areas uninvolved in the stretching exercises. Blood flow increased significantly in the thigh, knee, and arm arteries, while blood pressure and arterial stiffness decreased.”

So stretching doesn’t just help the part of your body that you’re working, it helps all of it!

One MFS stretch targets the fascia of one muscle in your body, which comprises one link in the entire chain that is all the fascia that surrounds your body. Think of that muscle as one link in a gold necklace. If that one link is broken but then fixed, not only is the link itself fixed, but the quality of the entire necklace is improved. When one MFS is done, that muscle along with the entirety of your body and your overall wellbeing is positively affected to leave you feeling more aligned, more free, and ultimately more YOU.
